Bangalore, April 15, 2013: In an unprecedented academic achievement, the University of Cincinnati (UC), USA has announced an accelerated program allowing Indian students to earn a bachelor?s degree in Information Technology while concurrently earning their MBA.

Reserved for the highest-achieving students, the IT-MBA ?ACCEND? program is the only program of its kind in the world, which allows students to gain both an undergraduate and graduate degree while also earning over a 18 months of full-time paid work experience through the UC Cooperative Education (co-op) program.? When students graduate they have two highly-valuable degrees, strong business connections in their field, and are experienced professionals with highly sought after skills.

??One of the most exciting aspects of this program is also the cost-savings it presents to our students,? says Mr. Charlie Schwartz, Assistant Director for Admissions at UC. ?By earning two degrees at the same time, our students save approximately $40,000 in tuition and fees.? And by working in their field, students earn an additional $40,000 that can be put toward their tuition.? Combine these with UC?s scholarship program, and students are seeing potential savings of $120,000 on a world-renowned education.?

In order to identify highly qualified candidates for this program, Mr. Schwartz will be traveling throughout India from April 17-24 with UC?s full-time India admissions coordinator, Mrs. Anjali Khavnekar.? Interested students and parents can contact Mrs. Khavnekar directly at 09167255437 in order to schedule a time to meet.
